Horse Riding

The Cotswolds has many quality riding schools offering horse riding for all ages and abilities. Many schools have their own facilities such as schooling arenas, show jumps and cross-country courses. Many have access to bridle paths for picnic and pub rides through the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire countryside.

Bourton Vale Equestrian Centre is a friendly riding establishment offering expert tuition and scenic rides around Bourton on the Water and in particular the picturesque villages of Upper and Lower Slaughter. Facilities include a mini cross country course and outdoor school. Pre-booking is essential.
